Following on from the success of our first two sessions, we would like to announce our third and final Trust Law seminar of 2025 titled, ‘Trust Law Reform & The UK Autumn Budget’.
This session will explore the following topics:
- Proposed reforms to the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984.
- The Autumn Budget and its potential impact.
This session is designed to enhance understanding of key legal principles and practical applications within the field of trusts and more specifically, understanding the proposed reforms to the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984. We are also excited to have as one of our speakers James Collins, Director at BCR Professional Services Limited who will be discussing the 2025 UK Autumn budget and it’s potential impacts.
