Draft Discrimination (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 202-

On 21 July 2021, the States Assembly adopted proposition to adopt the Draft Discrimination (Amendment of Law) (Jersey) Regulations 202-. Once enacted, these will amend the Discrimination (Jersey) Law 2013 to ensure that prospective tenants are not discriminated against by landlords on the basis that they have children under the age of 18.
