Overview
Michelle is a Partner at BCR Law LLP and Head of the Residential and Commercial Property teams.
In her role role, Michelle deals with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, as well as the administration of probates, including estates involving complex assets such as family-run businesses and resolving disputes between family members. Michelle acts in the purchase and sale of properties, including those owned through share transfer and flying freehold structures, as well as advise borrowers and lenders in relation to loans both secured and unsecured. She also advises charities on a multitude of needs.
