Overview
I am a Legal Assistant in the Wills & Probate team dealing with wills for both local and offshore clients, as well as all aspects of estate administration from advising on Jersey’s probate procedures to obtaining Jersey Grants of Probate for full, fast track and foreign estates.
I also assist in the administration of estates and management of affairs of vulnerable clients, including but not limited to preparation and administration of powers of attorney and delegations.
I previously worked as a Protection Officer at the Judicial Greffe in the Probate & Protection department registering Powers of Attorney and assisting with delegate applications. I have also worked in one of the largest offshore law firms in the Private Client Litigation team dealing with criminal and family legal aid matters.
I am also fluent in Portuguese, which is my first language.
