The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Change Manager.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and day-to-day management of our CRM and legal practice management system, Clio.  Additionally, you will collaborate with Department Heads to develop templates and forms within Clio to streamline document generation processes and improve efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the Clio practice management system to meet the specific needs of our law firm.
  • Develop templates and forms within Clio for commonly used legal documents, such as contracts, letters, and pleadings, to streamline document generation processes.
  • Train lawyers and staff members on how to use Clio effectively, including providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within Clio.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Clio system, including managing user permissions and security settings.
  • Oversee the integration of Clio with other software applications used by the firm, such as accounting software and document management systems.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, guidelines, and training materials for using Clio.
  • Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any technical issues or errors.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features released by Clio and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Clio-related enquiries and support requests from lawyers and staff members.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategies for leveraging Clio and other IT/AI solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and client service. 

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in using CRM and practice management software, with specific experience with Clio highly preferred (although substantial training will be given).
  • Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with cloud-based software solutions (including Microsoft Office 365) and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users at all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address issues.
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or legal environment would be advantageous.
