Junior Office Administrator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide administrative support to the Business Services team (Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Facilities).
Duties to include:

  • Support and assistance with day to day administrative tasks in all areas of the Business Services function as directed by the Practice Manager.
  • Support the marketing team with management of the firm’s social media accounts, website and events.
  • Reception cover during lunchtimes and periods of holiday/sickness.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • The ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a calm demeanour;
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to your work, able to multitask and take on a wide range of different tasks; and
  • Utmost confidentiality at all times.
