Over time, we have developed the BCR group around the needs of our clients. Today, our businesses bring together expertise in law, estates, accounting, tax and fiduciary services, allowing us to support the different aspects of your affairs through a coordinated professional relationship that is unique to Jersey.
Connected expertise. Personal attention.
We begin with your circumstances and what you want to achieve. By understanding how your personal, family and business affairs connect, we can identify where specialist input will help.
You do not need to decide which discipline your question belongs to before speaking to us. We can involve the appropriate colleagues and coordinate their input, with your agreement.
Fewer separate introductions and less repetition can save time. You gain a clearer understanding of the issues, the responsibilities and the next steps. Each BCR business remains responsible for its own services. BCR Fiduciary Services Ltd exercises independent fiduciary judgement and works alongside your chosen advisers.
Who we work with
Our clients have different stories, priorities and responsibilities. However, they all share a need for people who will understand their affairs and give them continuing attention.
We work with individuals, families, business owners and privately owned structures.
Some need help establishing a new structure. Others are reviewing their existing arrangements, preparing for a change in ownership or direction, or responding to changes in family circumstances or responsibility. We take time to understand your unique situation, explain our roles and establish how we can best support you.
Personal attention for lasting relationships.
What we do
Establishing a structure is the beginning of a relationship. We provide the administration, governance and fiduciary oversight needed throughout its life, with attention to both the practical details and the decisions that matter.
We provide trusteeship and ongoing administration, including maintaining trust records, overseeing assets held within the structure, reviewing distribution requests and working with legal, tax and investment advisers.
We bring independent judgement to trustee decisions, obtain specialist advice where needed and document the reasons for significant actions. As circumstances change, we remain attentive to the trust’s continuing purpose and the people it serves.
Our services include company formation, company secretarial support, maintenance of statutory records, resolutions and ongoing administration. We can work with your relevant accountants, tax advisers and other professionals or use our own group resources to keep responsibilities coordinated and matters progressing.
Understanding why a company exists and how it fits within your affairs helps us provide administration that remains relevant throughout its life.
Our work includes reviewing proposed transactions, participating in board decisions, maintaining corporate records and overseeing relevant correspondence and filings within the scope of our appointment.
We give proper attention to the company’s interests, the responsibilities of its directors and the information needed to make informed decisions.
We administer trusts and companies established to support family ownership and succession objectives. Working alongside your advisers, we help maintain continuity as beneficiaries’ needs develop, responsibilities change and arrangements evolve.
Our role includes ongoing administration, governance support and the implementation of properly authorised decisions, with care for the structure’s purpose and the interests involved.
How we work
The quality of a fiduciary relationship depends on the people doing the work and the attention they give it. We keep senior professionals involved, establish clear responsibilities and communicate about the matters that need your attention.
We take time to understand your circumstances and the proposed appointment. We explain the services, the information required, how we will work together and the basis of our fees.
Our senior team remains involved in the relationship and significant decisions. We bring appropriate expertise and challenge to the issues that require it.
We maintain records, review the arrangements we administer and keep relevant actions moving. As circumstances develop, we discuss what they may mean for our work and the structure. It is about professional peace of mind and quality communication.

Work with us
We are a small, senior-led team building a fiduciary business the considered way: fewer clients, closer relationships and time to do the work properly.
You will work directly with directors, see the whole of a client’s affairs rather than one slice of it, and have access to the legal, accounting and tax expertise across the BCR group. We support professional study and expect sound judgement, discretion and care.
