Dissolution of Civil Partnerships

Guiding you through civil partnership dissolution with clarity and compassion.

A civil partnership is a formal, legally recognised, relationship between two people which confers the same rights and responsibilities as marriage, including in relation to financial and child-related matters.  Whilst the grounds for dissolution mirror the grounds required for a divorce, the process to obtain a dissolution differ slightly from the divorce process. If a civil partnership breaks down there is the same need for parties to have expert legal advice and support through the dissolution process.
