There is a wide range of drugs offences in Jersey law, including offences relating to the possession, production, supply and importation of controlled drugs.  Possession offences are usually dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court whilst trafficking offences are ordinarily sent to the Royal Court.  The offences can be dealt with by way of a fine, community service or custody.   Whatever charge you face, our team is here to advise and support you throughout the process.
