Accessible Expertise for people with Legal Aid.

Jersey offers means-tested legal representation to individuals who cannot afford to pay for a lawyer privately. We undertake work on behalf of clients who successfully apply for legal aid in relation to issues involving children and finances, following separation or divorce.

If you have been resident in Jersey for more than 12 months, are registered with Social Security, and fit the financial criteria, you can apply for legal aid.
