Imogen is a Paralegal in the Property department, supporting Partners and Advocates with a variety of administrative duties related to real-estate transactions, commercial leases, private loans, equity releases, refinancing and other property-related legal matters. Her day-to-day work involves drafting legal documents and emailing clients. Imogen's jobs bring her joy when a client’s purchase or sale completes, and she has been able to assist them with a major milestone in their life, whilst providing a high-quality service.
My interest in law sparked from an A-Level Law Placement which introduced me to a career of both opportunities to progress and one of intellectual stimulation. My desire for law was fuelled by my university degree in which I studied and analysed human rights laws and civil rights legislation. I then underwent various programmes and internships in Jersey, shadowing solicitors and advocates in both high-profile cases and smaller cases, fuelling my desire to qualify to become a Jersey Advocate.
