Expertise

I am a Paralegal in BCR Law's Property team, supporting Partners and Advocates on a wide range of property matters. My role involves assisting with residential and commercial property transactions, commercial leases, private loans, equity releases, refinancing arrangements and other real estate matters.

On a day-to-day basis, I prepare legal documentation, liaise with clients and help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to completion. I am committed to providing a high standard of client service and supporting clients throughout what are often significant financial and personal milestones.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is helping clients successfully complete the purchase or sale of a property. Being able to support them through such an important stage in their lives and contribute to a positive outcome is something I find particularly fulfilling.

Humanity

My interest in law sparked from an A-Level Law Placement which introduced me to a career of both opportunities to progress and one of intellectual stimulation. My desire for law was fuelled by my university degree in which I studied and analysed human rights laws and civil rights legislation. I then underwent various programmes and internships in Jersey, shadowing solicitors and advocates in both high-profile cases and smaller cases, fuelling my desire to qualify to become a Jersey Advocate.
