Laura joined BCR Law LLP as a trainee accountant in March 2023. Her role is to support the Finance Team with the internal accounting and finance function to include property and assist with managing Estate and Delegateship accounts.
What first drew me to BCR was the sense that it was a firm that genuinely values people – not just clients but the team too. I enjoy solving problems and being part of a team that genuinely supports each other. At BCR, I feel like the work we do matters. It’s rewarding to be in an environment where growth is encouraged - not just for the company, but for each of us individually. Theres a real satisfaction in knowing that you’ve made someone’s life a little easier, even if they never see the behind-the-scenes. I am proud to be a part of a firm that is evolving and it is exciting to grow alongside it. Also, any workplace that understands the importance of a good cup of tea is off to a strong start!
