Overview
Christina is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team at BCR Law. She qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2001. In 2010, Christina was promoted to Partner at another leading local law firm, where she led the Dispute Resolution Team until she joined BCR Law in 2023.
Christina has a broad range of experience in litigation and disputes generally. Her particular areas of specialism and interest include contentious trust matters, commercial litigation, construction disputes, and personal injury and clinical negligence matters. Christina has appeared in a number of high-profile reported cases which have contributed to the development of the law on the Island.
As with the other advocates at BCR Law, advocacy is a particular area of specialism for Christina and she has frequently appeared before all of the Island’s courts. In 2015 Christina was appointed as a Crown Advocate by the then Attorney General.
