Overview
Christina is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team. She initially practiced as a non-contentious commercial lawyer and qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2001. In 2007, Christina changed her focus to Dispute Resolution and now has over 17 years’ experience in this area of law. In 2010, she was promoted to Partner at another leading local law firm, where she led the Dispute Resolution Team until joining BCR Law in 2023.
Christina’s areas of specialism include contentious trust litigation, construction disputes, general commercial litigation, property disputes, personal injury and clinical negligence.
Christina has extensive experience as a trial advocate and in 2015 was appointed as a Crown Advocate on behalf of the then Attorney-General. As a Crown Advocate, she regularly appears before the Royal Court on behalf of the Attorney-General to prosecute criminal trials.
Christina is recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ for Dispute Resolution in Legal 500 2024.
