I actually found the role on Facebook, which wasn’t something I expected. It popped up at the right time - I was starting to think seriously about a move, and the way the job was described caught my attention. It didn’t feel like the usual corporate jargon; it sounded like they actually cared about the work and the people doing it.

What really pulled me in, though, was what happened after I applied. The conversations I had during the interview process felt different - more real. I was asked thoughtful questions, and I got the sense that culture wasn’t just a buzzword here. That mix of a chance discovery and a genuinely good gut feeling is what made me say yes.
