We are delighted to bring you another seminar in our Employment Law series of seminars of for 2021/2022. This series focuses on key employment issues in the workplace. These seminars will be held at 7 Library Place in the Conference Suite. At the end of each session there will be time for questions.

This seminar provides an examination into Grievance Procedures and looks at:
- Best practices for Grievance Procedures;
- The importance of handling grievances fairly and effectively;
- Preventing and identifying grievances and record keeping;
- Dealing with a formal grievance and how to appropriately deal with investigations, appeals and decisions;
- The inter-play between grievances and disciplinary procedures;
- The importance of preventing confrontational grievance procedures; and
- Preventing grievances that repeat earlier complaints.
We have a maximum of 30 tickets available for each seminar so registration is on a first come first serve basis.
