Divorce and Dissolution of Civil Partnerships in Jersey

We understand it is a difficult and emotional time for anyone who is going through a divorce. Deciding to end a marriage isn’t easy and we know in most cases both parties want things resolved as quickly and peacefully as possible.

If you are contemplating a divorce, or you know your spouse is, it is essential to seek advice and support. Our Family Law team, led by Emma Wakeling, are well known for their people-focused approach where clarity and communication is key and discretion and sensitivity is non-negotiable.

We place significant importance on building strong relationships based on trust. Listening to you, understanding everything there is about your situation and what outcome you want is our primary focus.

Our priority is to always seek the best and least stressful route to a solution for our clients, and where possible our first approach is to take alternative routes for resolution rather than going to court. If court proceedings are required, our experienced Family Law Advocates are well placed to robustly represent your interests.
