Employment Tribunals – A Practical Guide Employment Law Seminar

This seminar is an in-depth look into Employment Tribunal procedures and in particular focuses on:

• How claims make their way through the Tribunal;
• Complying with time limits, taking into account JACS Early Conciliation;
• An overview of the Employment Tribunal process;
• The unwritten rules, good practice, procedures, and tactics necessary to manage a claim;
• The pros and cons of settlement discussions, negotiations and withdrawal of a claim; and
• The benefits of HR Advisers and Lawyers throughout the management of a case.

This seminar will be held at 7 Library Place in the Conference Suite. At the end of each session there will be time for questions.

We have a maximum of 30 tickets available for each seminar so registration is on a first come first serve basis.
