Family Friendly rights introduced in Jersey: Are your policies compliant?

Action Point:

To the extent not already done so Employers should review and (where necessary) amend employment contracts, handbooks, and policies in order to reflect these new provisions. They should also ensure that the already existing statutory provisions granting employees’ protection against certain discriminatory acts, the right to return to work following parental leave, flexible working, and complaints are reflected in the employer’s employment contracts, handbooks and policies.
