As part of our ongoing commitment to DE&I as a firm, we hosted a joint session with Liberate Jersey on managing and minimising the impact of discrimination in the workplace and Defending discrimination claims in the Tribunal.
Our lunch and learn session on managing and minimising discrimination in the workplace was a huge success, sparking important conversations and providing actionable strategies to equip professionals in Jersey for driving DE&I.
