Overview
Anna is an Advocate working within the Property team at BCR Law LLP and deals with both residential and commercial property transactions.
Anna is involved with a wide range of property law matters, including freehold, flying freehold and share transfer purchases and sales and commercial leases, as well as assisting and advising borrowers, lenders, neighbours and family members with property transactions.
Anna has a particular interest in property development projects, having worked with developers on several developments of varying sizes over recent years, from the acquisition of the site through until completion of the development and conclusion of the sales.
Anna joined BCR Law in May 2022 following five years working in the property law department of a local law firm from 2016, having worked in the litigation department of another local firm prior to that since commencing her legal career in 2002.
