Overview
Daniel is a Senior Conveyancer at BCR Law LLP.
He returned to the Island after having completed a technical Engineering Degree at the University of Bath, and he was initially employed in a regulatory role for the States of Jersey before embarking on a career in Property Law in 2007.
Previously, Daniel worked for large offshore Jersey law firm for over 10 years. He has a broad range of experience in commercial and residential property matters, including the structuring of residential developments, property financing and security, and dealing with sales and purchases for both corporate and private clients.
He previously assisted colleagues on a number of contentious property matters and the resolution of boundary and other property related disputes.
