Overview
David joined BCR Law in 2022. He is an experienced English Solicitor and work in the Dispute Resolution team, which is headed by Partner, Jeremy Heywood. David’s areas of particular interest and specialism are personal injury and clinical and professional negligence, in which fields BCR Law is the leading firm in Jersey. He works with our excellent team to act for claimants, defendants and insurers, in all aspects of personal injury, clinical negligence, and professional negligence disputes.
Prior to joining BCR Law, David was a Senior Associate at a leading firm of solicitors based in the City of London. Most latterly he was a key member of their Healthcare Division. In that role he acted for a number of NHS Trusts, across London and the South East. He was engaged in defending high value, complex, clinical negligence/catastrophic injury claims, across all medical disciplines. He has also acted for medical malpractice insurers and private healthcare providers advising on contentious and non-contentious issues.
