Overview
Rory is an English Solicitor within the Private Client team. As part of his role he works on a diverse range of matters, from managing Jersey probate and working with high net-worth clients, to assisting with litigation and drafting wills.
Working in close collaboration with BCR Law Managing Partner, David Benest, Rory provides comprehensive support across all aspects of David’s matters, acting in the unique role as his assistant.
Joining the firm in November 2023, Rory brings a wealth of experience, having completed his training contract at a prominent offshore law firm. During this time he undertook seats in the corporate, funds, litigation, and local legal teams, gaining extensive expertise in areas ranging from the winding up of fund structures to rectifying wills.
Rory’s professional journey began with a series of internships at law firms in Jersey, London, and Singapore before embarking on his training contract, contributing to his well-rounded and diverse skill set.
